Meet Ms. Taylor

I started The Little Village, because I wanted to create the kind of care I'd want for my own children - warm, personal and truly supportive. As a military spouse, mom and a licensed provider, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. My goal is to give families a home-based program where their children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn everyday.

My Story

I've worked in early childhood education since 2019, and over the years, I've seen firsthand how important consistent, high-quality care is - especially for military families navigating deployments, PCS moves, and unpredictable schedules. In 2022, I became a family child care provider to help meet that need and offer something different from traditional daycare settings.

With my background working in military child development centers, I wanted to create a space that felt more personal - a place where children are known, supported, and celebrated every day. The Little Village is a nurturing, home-based environment that blends structure, flexibility, and genuine care. It's a safe space where children can grow, explore, and feel completely at home.

Where families can count on reliable support when they need it most.

The Village Behind The Little Village

Behind The Little Village is my own little village - my incredibly supportive family. My husband is active duty military, and we've been navigating military life together for years. He's not only my biggest supporter but also the reason I understand firsthand the unique needs of military families.

We have two wonderful children - our daughter, who's full of creativity and loves helping me come up with fun activities for the kids, and our baby boy who reminds me every day just how quickly these early years fly by. My family keeps me grounded and reminds me daily why I do this work. Their love and support are woven into everything I've built at The Little Village.
